3. Appointments & Clinic Consultations

Appointment slots booked through our online form or WhatsApp channel are subject to scheduling confirmation by the clinic reception:

  • Clinic Hours: Operating days and hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday through Saturday; Sunday Holiday), subject to professional emergency commitments or festival holidays.
  • Confirmations: Submitting a requested date via the web modal represents a booking inquiry; final slot confirmation is communicated via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Emergency Notice: This Website is not an emergency response service. If you experience acute respiratory distress, severe hemorrhage, or traumatic oral injury, seek immediate emergency hospital care.

4. Prohibited Uses
